Friends' Association

The Lothar & Christel Fischer Foundation and the city of Neumarkt i.d.OPf. support the museum. But art and culture also need friends and patrons. Since its foundation in February 2004, the Association of Friends of the Museum Lothar Fischer e.V. with almost 300 members supports the museum both financially and ideally as to:

- the acquisition of artworks, primarily by Lothar Fischer
- the publication of catalogues
- the provision of art education services
- press and public relations work
- the development of the museum

As a member you always have free access
- to the museum
- to vernissages
- to events (lectures, public guided tours, art matinees etc.)
- and you are personally invited to the association's art trips and day trips

Members pay an annual contribution of €30, partner members €50, while sponsors support the work of the museum and art education with at least €200 per year.
Members of the association can also purchase an exclusive small selection of posthumously cast sculptures by Lothar Fischer from the museum. Information on this can be obtained from the museum.
